Reviewing the Barbican's Fundraising Strategy 2017-2020
We were delighted to be approached by the Barbican – Europe’s largest multi-arts and conference venue – to act as a ‘critical friend’ in reviewing their fundraising strategy for the next three years. David worked with the Fundraising team to identify strengths, challenges and pressure points within the fundraising strategy, and made recommendations for mitigating these risks.
David also ran a workshop with members of the Fundraising team as part of their 2017 Away Day. The session looked at top tips for building rapport, before introducing interesting lessons from the field of behavioural economics.
