Apollo Fundraising is here to help when your fundraising has you thinking "I'm not sure"

Everything we do at Apollo Fundraising is designed to give arts, culture and heritage organisations more confidence when it comes to fundraising. We do this in four ways:

  • Boost your confidence in your fundraising messaging – you know your work is good, but how do you convince others that it’s worth supporting? Whether it’s writing your Case for Support, preparing funding applications, defining your legacy proposition or crafting fundraising appeals, we can help you breathe fire into your fundraising message, bringing your work to life for potential supporters in a way that will inspire them to take action.
  • Boost your confidence in your strategic direction – we can help you to identify the most effective and efficient ways to raise the money you need for your project. We’ve helped organisations to write and implement their first fundraising strategy, planned large-scale fundraising campaigns for ambitious projects, and helped experienced teams take their fundraising to the next level.
  • Boost your confidence in your skills – once you know which fundraising approaches are right for you, we can help provide training to ensure you and your team have got the skills, tools and insight you need. We train cultural fundraisers, senior managers, artists, volunteers and board members to ensure they can all play their role in raising money for your organisation.
  • Boost your confidence in your actions – turning your fundraising strategy into action can be daunting, even if you know you’re on the right path. We can provide mentoring and support to walk alongside you as you and your team turn your plans into reality. This can include regular catch-ups to talk through challenges, opportunities and issues; writing and reviewing funding proposals and fundraising copy; and practising for meetings with potential supporters. We can even provide interim support to help fill gaps in your fundraising capacity.

Since 2016 we have helped a wide range of cultural organisations, including the Barbican, Salisbury Cathedral, Theatres Trust, Royal Exchange Theatre, Dulwich Picture Gallery, Ipswich Museum, Nevill Holt Opera, English PEN, Jacksons Lane Theatre, Ely Museum, Creswell Crags, Lambeth Palace Library, Stockton Globe, Royal Pavilion & Museums, Ovalhouse Theatre (now Brixton House) and Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
