Meet Philly Anthropist and Major Don Orr

This exercise is designed to be carried out in pairs, with one person playing the role of the fundraiser and the other playing the role of the potential donor. The packs contain information for two different prospects, meaning every body should get a chance to practice asking questions to learn more about a potential donor.

For the first part of the exercise, Person A will play the role of Philly Anthropist. Person B will ask questions to learn more about Philly’s connection to the Museum, their motivations and philanthropic preferences.

For the second part, Person B will play the role of Major Don Orr. Person A will ask questions to learn more about Don’s connection to the Museum, their motivations and philanthropic preferences.
